It's not bad so far, but the navigation is not obvious to me with the current interface. I can't seem to find the bits I'm looking for.
I'll have to try some of the other looks.
It'll take a little getting used too...

Hi John,
I'm pretty sure you'll wind up liking it better. It's the pretty standard next steps for sites that have gotten just a little too big for externally hosted free forums. Thanks for signing up so quickly!

This is a big improvement in general. I think boards of this style facilitate discussions a lot more effectively that a mailing list.
