Good to know. Over the past couple of years, the amount of processed foods I buy has really decreased, and all of the unsafe ingredients is the main reason for that. I like to know what I'm putting into my body, and the bodies of my DH and children.

Well done biggirllosesweight! Two weeks is brilliant. I had lots of reds at the beginning :)

I agree, clarinetgal, it's important to know what non-food crap we eat. I still eat some processes stuff but mostly try to buy it organic and the UK, thankfully, is much stricter on this but I am not kidding myself, there's lots of stuff that's not food still in there.
