Question about my first S Day

Post by Mariposa1127 » Sat May 17, 2014 3:37 pm

Hi
This is my first S day (Saturday). My plan is to eat my regular 3 plates that I would do Monday-Friday except add a desert item for each day. Does that sound appropriate? I don't want to sabatoge my week by binge eating the whole weekend.

I would appreciate any comments or suggestions?

Thanks

:)

Mariposa, I wish I had the forethought to do that from the start!

That sounds reasonable. You could have a dessert after lunches AND dinners and still be very moderate in your approach.

Try it this weekend. Some people have good luck with being very moderate from the start on weekends. Others find it makes the N days too hard. It's more important what is happening six months from now. Do what feels freeing and vital!
