This month is going to be insane. (We just bought a new house and have to fill out tons of paperwork this month to get a loan AND we are putting our old house on the market Thursday...so we get to live in a staged house for more than a month. Joy.) Hoping for at least some green.

I haven't done a challenge yet. I didn't realize you could set your own goals. I'm late getting started, but I'll jump in where I am and update to fill in my goals later when I've clarified them for myself.

I worked out to my standards every day so far. Found a DVD at the library of HIIT 10-minute workouts. I like adding to the variety of moves I know to do. Almost all are bodyweight but I have some weights from the old days and I throw in some kettlebell and Shovelglove moves on different days.

I'm off from work and will likely be supplementing as well. Didn't HAVE to do anything today but I threw in some floor exercise while watching TV and walked for about an hour in a park just to be out in the sun and looking at some flora.

27 s day

**Well that was going well until an extended travel session where I was basically foraging plateless for food for me and my kids as the tour bus went along, in a country where everything is sweet or fried or both. Capped by a transatlantic day featuring six extra hours and two extra meals. Better luck in July...

Of course, violet. Welcome.

I did a longer workout than I normally do yesterday but the DVD stopped with 10 minutes left in the workout. I felt all day long that I should have just added on my own 10 minutes but never did. Felt incomplete all day! Weird. The mind can sure mess with us.

got my 10 minutes of vigor in today. Some walking Sunday. No vigor yesterday, but a 20-minute hike at a slow pace with friend. It was HOT so I was just as glad to take it easy. I may take a walk by the water in San Rafael before I head up to the retreat center where I'll be staying this week. It looks like there will be an hour or so of free time each day to walk or be vigorous for a bit.

Lost it a bit at the end of the month to be honest. I wasn't that sick when I took the sick day. And the weekends were quite heavy. I marked it and now I am moving on.
