Question re: water

I was just wondering if anyone else found that as they did No S more and more they intuitively reached for water when wanting a drink as opposed to not particularly liking plain water before?

I was a huge English tea girl, and found water bearable just about if I added no added sugar squash or cordial to it. Now I instinctively fill one of my daughters water bottles with tap water after a meal and when thirsty during my housework. I do have my 3pm coffee with one sugar when I hit a mid afternoon slump and need waking up but other than that I am quite surprised that without consciously setting out to do so, I am going for plain water and quite often too!

Yes, I've found myself drinking more, but I've always reached for water before anything else... And, yes, I AM grateful to live in the mountains where wonderful tap water is a normal part of everyday life.

Nope, but I don't think about it much. When I was pushing myself to drink more water, I never felt the benefits everyone talks about and it was just a burden. But if it comes naturally, even better.

I really don't like the water here. I'll drink it if I'm thirsty, particularly when I'm exercising, but it's not pleasant. I've lived in other areas where the water was much nicer to drink. We have hard water here and I'm used to soft, so maybe that's what I don't like. I have to admit that most of my fluid intake is tea!

I am lucky I have always enjoyed water but I do find the longer I am on No S the less I drink of anything else :D
