Where i am now
Reinhard was a great teacher for my enthusiastic period

I find myself still interested, but no longer obsessed with his website....

I suppose this is natural. For a good 2 weeks i was clearly in lockstep, which was good so i learned a great deal.

Anyway im sitting without excitement or obsession, hoping what i learned will stick, im still doing several systems from his teachings, and continue to do habitcal

So i guess this is how the world makes room for the new. Both in the nosdiet realm of folks and in my realms too

yes I'm sure I'll poke around sometime I think that's the first time I've ever use the word Lackey anyways I had a great shovelglove workout today and a 3 mile walk used to sit on the couch thanks again
