One week down.

Well, have completed my first week. It reallly wasnt too bad. As I mentioned in another thread, I took my meals at 12, 5 and between 9 and 10.

The stretch in the morning really isn't that bad, I usually just want coffee in the morning anyway.

The only sweets I had on the weekend were a couple of margaritas. Other than that did the same plan.

Thanks to all who contributed to my original question last week.

Maybe I should consider your schedule. Never been a morning eater.
