I haven't been on for ages! Just been catching up. I strayed over the kids huge summer holidays from school, but am back on it. Managed to maintain my stone loss though so not too unhappy. Really need to get some exercise into my daily routine, have some kettlebells gathering dust that will be my version of shovel glove.
Hope you are all well and eating happy.
Have a great week.

Welcome back and congrats on maintaining! From all the feedback from parents on this side it seems a lot easier to do NoS during the academic period. As long as you maintain in the breaks - that's perfect
