Hello again

Post by guvnor » Sun Nov 02, 2014 5:57 pm

Hello everyone i,ve been a member here before, but not very active and i couldn,t remember my password etc so i,ve created a new accountI have been looking at fasting and i don,t think it,s for me i do it half heartedly and obsess about food.
I am re commitng to this way of eating and if i,m honest i haven,t done it even though it,s the most logical and common sense plan out there. So tomorrow i start no excuses,i need to lose some weight because i have just found out i have fatty liver and the dr said losing fat might help this condition. My main problem is eating lots of chocolate,so five days a week no chocolate should really help my cause.
Good luck everyone and what a great site this is,it,s time for me to read the book.
