Jams, curds, and marmalades are S foods?

Love lemon curd, lime curd, blackcurrant jam and Seville orange marmalade.

They're fine on N days in my book... as long as the portion sizes are reasonable.

That's a personal decision. If a spoonful of sugar in coffee or tea is no big deal, a swish of jam on toast shouldn't be either. But for some people they prefer to leave those things as treats.

Fine in my book too. I had pb&j for breakfast this morning.
