New person just introducing themself

Post by owlface » Thu Dec 04, 2014 9:51 pm

Hi, every one. I am a 28 yr old female. I have been doing no s for a month and a half although last month I only had ten green days (still seeing the scale inch downward by about five lbs).

I'm one of those who have been on countless diets, so frustrated that I started really believing that losing my extra fat was an impossible endeavor!
Last year I finally was able to lose 30 lbs or so by counting calories and eating only one (huge) meal per day. Obviously this was unsustainable, but I did like knowing when I could eat and when to stop. After gaining everything back and my third pregnancy, I was flirting with trying two meals a day when I ran into Reinhard's website.

I still can't believe it never occurred to me to try eating three meals, like a normal person! I just love this system and the way Reinhard seems to have thought of everything. I am blasted away with his simple (simply brilliant) ideas.

I still have about 60 lbs to lose (yikes) but at this point I'd be ecstatic just to lose half. Thanks for letting me blah blah blah. :)

I had the same reaction when I first started. I doubted that anything so simple could be effective, but there was obviously no harm in trying! I was soon amazed by how effective this plan is and how much more I enjoy food now rather than just inhale it!

It's just a darn reasonable way to live and manage eating in a food-rich environment.

Hang in there!
Count plates, not calories. 11 years "during"
Age 69
BMI Jan/10-30.8
1/12-26.8 3/13-24.9 +/- 8-lb. 3 yrs
9/17 22.8 (flux) 3/18 22.2
2 yrs flux 6/20 22
1/21-23

There is no S better than Vanilla No S (mods now as a senior citizen)
