The scientific 7 minute workout

Post by ABooth » Mon Jan 26, 2015 2:35 pm

I came across this today and did it this morning. You could do it twice for 14 minutes of anything. Considering I was planning to exercise later today but sometimes put it off, it's better if I do it early. This was just enough to get me out of the chair and moving around.

Thanks! This is great! I should be able to fit it in, on those days when I'm either busy or can't be bothered! I did find it hard though, especially the pushups. I can only do a few proper pushups, so had to cheat and do some from my knees. But this will be great to have on hand. I have another similar short workout that I do, but it's nice to have variety.

Yeah, I had to do knee push ups sometimes, too. Those are the only ones you have to do twice!
