Eat, Nourish, Glow Book

Read this in the newspaper today and found the link online. I have not been doing No S but actively think about it, and this kind of re-sparked my desire. Her philosophy seems more restrictive, but 3 meals a day is such good advice. Hope it catches on!

Thanks for the link. I've not SUCCESSFULLY followed No S, but keep coming back. My favorite quote from the article: "If you eat three good meals a day you won’t crave a snack.†I'm hoping for that day! :(

No one can promise how someone will react. I still sometimes crave a snack in the afternoon unless I have eaten a very heavy lunch. But it's just an old reaction to stress.

The 3-meal part sounds like a good beginning. I still like the way No S let me wean myself off the rest of it. Every time I try to do something much more drastic- like her no sugar, dairy, or gluten-, I have a setback.

Interesting article, thank you Sinnie.
It's hard for me to break away from thinking that snacks are 'healthy', even though I grew up in the 1960s and 70s and managed perfectly well on 3 meals a day !
