2 -
3 - NWS Day
4 - S Day
5 - S Day
6 -
7 - Small fail. I was virtually plating dinner, and I failed at it because I ended up too full. Met up with friends, though, after the fail, and didn't use the minor seconds fail as an excuse for an added sweets/snack fail.
8 -
9 -
10 -
11 - S Day
12 - S Day
13 - A much more successful virtual plating experience. If anything, I was a little bit hungry at the end. I was quite pleased that I didn't over do it.

17 - NWS - Vacation.

26 - S Day
27 -
28 -
29 -
30 - A bit of funny business after dinner. I made a pasta salad for a work potluck, and had a few bites as I was figuring out seasoning. I had quite a bit of space on my dinner plate left, so I'm sticking with a green day. It's not a practice I want to make a regular habit.
31 - I made it through the potluck today with one full, but not embarrassingly so, plate.

Thank you Swuddly! It was great and a tame S day. 2 small butter cookies and seconds for dinner.

Hi jcourtney! Thanks for checking in with us. It's a small group this month.

I'm doing well. I was home all last week with my daughter on vacation, and kept it all green, with one planned Special S day. This was HUGE for me. The general structure of my work day makes it fairly easy to stick to the plan. I was nervous about being home, within just a few steps of my pantry all week, should I get bored and feel like a nibble.

It's been a busy month--the 4th of July holiday, two weddings on back-to-back weekends, and this weekend a trip across the state to see my best friend and her family.

I've decided to only weigh once, at the start of the month, so I don't know how I'm doing by that particular measure, but I'm feeling good, and happy with the habits I'm building.

How are you?

Eschano, is your mouth feeling better? Dental difficulties are no fun.

Hello!

Sorry I didn't update until now. I am at one of my worst months yet but no WTH effect and sometimes my fail was something like 1 single sweet so I'm actually feeling fine :)

A better start this week!

Swuddly, I agree that being at work makes things a lot easier. My mouth is thankfully fine! It did throw me off a bit, mainly as feeling sorry for myself always leads to old habits of super-craving chocolate, ha!, but now I'm all good again :)

How about you jcourtney?

Good for you staying on track while at home. I am awful at that. Since I work Mon-Fri the habit part of brain seems to think that if I'm home during the day, I can eat whatever I want. Still working on that.

My month has been pretty good. One red day and one planned S day. I haven't weighed in but I feel like I'm losing weight. I wanted to give myself a few solid months to form some habits and let my S days calm down before I played the head game of letting myself step on the scale.

Keep at it everyone! :)

Lol, I am exactly the same! Glad it's going well for you otherwise.

tacodiscos, you're welcome to jump in now, if you'd like. :)

eschano & jcourtney--me, too! I wonder what that's about, really. The seedy underbelly of habit, perhaps? That's why I was so pleased (surprised? shocked?) that I made it through the week. My plates were a little less health-focused than normal, but they were still just single plates. :)

I'm with you on the head game of the scale. That's the main reason I'm only weighing monthly.

I'm glad you've sorted you chocolate craving, eschano.
