4 - :oops: Virtual plating fail. I'm counting it as seconds. :( 14 min.: kettlebell and dancing. :)
5 - :mrgreen: 14 min.: office dance party - my coworker "caught" me, but we had a nice chuckle over it.

I think I'll jump in this month. I'm trying to move away from thinking about weight loss and into maintenance thinking . . . which I suppose means not thinking about it? :) In any case, I need to tight-up the habits and lose the scale.

Day 1: S-day
Day 2: S-day
Day 3: :mrgreen:
Day 4: :mrgreen: Had to think about it a bit this evening but . overall a reasonably easy win.
Day 5: :oops: I'm so disappointed in myself. Before I had the chips I even reminded myself that I wasn't going to like how I felt about it today. But, I had them anyway. Sigh . . .
Day 6: :? Going in for med. test tomorrow so liquid diet today.
Day 7: :? S-day. Med. testing
Day 8: S - day. uneventful
Dsy 9: S - day
Day 10: - :oops: Did fine until I was sitting in front of the TV. Same old story.
Day 11: - :mrgreen:
Day 12: :oops: There is a definite link between tiredness and eating.
Day 13: :mrgreen:
