Preachin' to the choir... at least this member!

Though I'm not even a fan of the "healthy" goal, as people can get SO caught up with the minutiae.

I still love Reinhard's emphasis on moderation. Moderate food. Moderate exercise. Those two will take care of 80% of the health problems.

This makes such good sense. I have recently decided to get rid of weight loss as a goal altogether and focus on health gains instead. Fits right in with this! Thanks for sharing.
