stepped on the scale and saw a number I haven't seen in quite some time. I still have more to lose, but I am on my way

Nice! Would you be able to share more? I mean being on habit for 7 years, losing on average about 11 lbs+ a year, that is worth a story. Did you make any mods or were you vanilla No S? How has your eating changed? Did/do you struggle with S days? What about exercise? Enquiring minds want to know!

yes, a lot of new people ask 'do people actually lose weight doing NoS' - it would be interesting to know what your journey has been. Vanilla No S? Mods? 9" plate? 14 mins of anything?
