Trying again..but feeling confident

Post by Mariposa1127 » Mon Dec 28, 2015 1:45 am

I have an idea why I feel more successful this time with the No S Diet. I have tried the program at least twenty times in the past and have not been able to complete 21 days yet. You know how people write a "To do list" to remind themselves what needs to get done each day and check it off as they complete tasks?

I have written a "Not To Do List" where I write each day on my list No Sweets, No Seconds, No Snacks seeing it visually helps me, and I mark each one off as completed at the end of the day.
