I just started with No S on 11th January. It's the best plan ever!!! I have lost 11lb and finding it so easy. Started at 162, now 151, (UK 11st 8lb to 10st 11lb :)) Don't have a huge amount to lose, about another 7-10lbs to be within my range for my height. This plan just makes sense. I spent last year going to the gym 6 times a week and really doing some hard workouts, but still didn't achieve the weight loss in 10 months, that I have achieved in the last 6 weeks! I was constantly tired and aching. I am now gyming 30 minutes sessions three times a week and power walking to and from work every day (15 mins each way) and eating "normally" and the results are keeping me going. Good luck everyone and thanks for this forum, it's a great support network. I can actually see myself doing this forever. No more fad diets for me!!

I love No S, but I have to say that is a really fast start, especially when you don't have much to lose. It must have hit all the right spots for you- so glad!

BTW, I just read recently that it's estimated that weight loss is about 80% diet and 20% exercise, so your experience fits. Your routine sounds sustainable, too.
