Before and During

As promised, my before and during photos. The picture on the left is me at my graduation (I will see if I can find a photo of me in something less concealing!) in December 2004. I weighed 111kg (244.2 pounds - BMI 35). I started NoS in June/July 2005.

The photo on the right is me in July 2006 at 92kg (202.4 pounds - BMI 29).

WOW!!! WOW!!! WOW!!!

You look so much smaller in the "during" picture! What a difference 42 lbs makes. I'm very happy for you, and I must say, you look truly beautiful!

What an accomplishment!! Another type of graduation. A graduation to a new healthier, smaller, more confident person. Congratulations. You are doing it.

Hey Kathleen! Thought I'd highjack your thread here for consistancy's sake.. Hope that's okay!

I really need a new photo these days, but I'm pretty much the same but with longer hair now, since January, but my pics from last year are on page 33 of my thread "Deb's Checkin"...

Just felt like jumping on the before and during bandwagon, for anyone who joined since these were originally posted in Jan this year...
They represent my loss in size/weight after 18 months of 75% successful NoS... My tummy is the main thing which changed...

Good luck searching through all my pages to get to page 33!!!
And really sorry about that! LOL..
But I don't have a flicker account and my friend (now seemingling gone temporarily awol) Carolejo posted them for me, but I couldn't cut and paste them here...That's only good for text..

Sorry I've been out of sorts regarding my own posting.. Going through some ups and downs financially again, which is really affecting me, but things are okay generally... See you on my thread when I'm feeling less drained...
