Great article! Couldn't agree more with it. In our house we don't label food or weight or body parts as good or bad and I think it's helped to give my girls a healthy attitude about everything--hopefully!

Very interesting article! I liked how the author discussed religious practices and customs, and their effects on food attitudes. Unfortunately, I started reading some of the comments to the article...... :o
