Day 12: Made cake for hubby's birthday tomorrow with too much sampling. Should have made it on our special day, instead.
Day 13: Hubby's birthday
Day 20: Wanted to eat a pumpkin donut before "sell by" date. Dry and not worth ruining an N day, but ate it anyway.
Day 24: Celebrating son's birthday

Yes, that's the idea - you come back each day and edit the grid. If you click 'quote' on this post - then delete everything above this - then 'submit' you will have your own instant copy of the grid!

I deleted my failed attempt to copy a calendar, so references below are to that.

Could people occasionally bump the thread up? That way, those who might be forgetting to come and record each day get a reminder email. (Hint" it's for me.)

oolala, if you quote someone's whole post, then just delete what you don't want, it comes out proper.

I was glad to find that out, as I didn't want to go thru and reformat everything.

Thanks oolala I have been unwell all week and had to take time off work, (very unusual for me) luckily I was still able to stick to my No S days as I didn't have much appetite (even more unusual😂)! And my S days coincided with feeling a bit better, so that worked out well!

Hi ModBod
S days are OK, I was worried I'd be frantic about eating but actually I'm not too bad. I definitely eat more on an S day though. We had a family celebration weekend before last and I was a bit nervous as there is always so much food around, I had a bit of a realisation towards the end of the meal that I was feeling uncomfortably full. I think this process is going be a long term project, and I also think the weight loss will take its time. But if I'm gradually able to change my relationship with food then I'll be delighted!
Hope you're getting on well.

Thanks Oolala!
Sometimes lately the gov't shuts down the main internet networks in the country where I live, to prevent anti-them activities and communication. It's pretty tense where I am right now in that vein, tho I am safe and sound.
So if you don't here from me for a while, it's not for lack of trying!

I'm just checking back to report a successful evening! I offered to drive, so couldn't drink, and no-one had a starter which helped me enormously, and when my friends had dessert I had a decaf coffee. I am actually amazed that I have achieved this. Also it was a later dinner than usual for me, I lasted from lunchtime until around 8.30pm, probably quite normal for lots of you but I have surprised myself. I really enjoyed my plate of food and even made a healthy choice!
Thanks again for all the valued support on this forum. oolala I am indeed looking forward to my S weekend! :D Hope you all have a good one too. :)

I posted my fail on my calendar but am declaring it here, too. Boy, did it feel like it would be worth it at the time. I'm not terribly sorry, but do want these last three days of this week to be green, esp, after opening this thread and seeing Sonya's calendar so green and yellow!

Thank you osoniye. I am so pleased this is working. Early days still for me I know, but I have a feeling that discovering NoS is going to be truly life changng!
Halloween is not a huge deal in my town so probably just a normal day for me, and my birthday very conveniently falls on this coming Saturday so I don't need to build in an extra S day!
Good luck everyone with the last few days of October and thanks again to everyone for their kind words of support. :D
