Let's see where this takes me...

Just came across the site; it's certainly interesting.
I'm 6'10", 200 pounds; I could probably stand to gain some weight. I'm a snacker - my "meals" today were very small, and on the other hand, I had an entire extra-large bag of beef jerky, a large bag of licorise[sp?], a pound of yogurt, a couple pizzas, and other miscelaneous junk food.
I think I'll try it for a month, and see if I feel any better. It takes about 3700 calories to keep my weight where it is, and I just rarely get very hungry. The thought of seconds at meals doesn't interest me at all.
With any luck, I can get to the point where I can actually eat big enough meals to sustain my bodyweight. "Normal" deits don't work for me - I put on a little pudge a while ago, and decided to go on a diet. 5 days later, I was down 12 pounds, and started getting spots in front of my eyes.
Well, I'm going to bed without my usual 3AM snack - it will be interesting to see how this turns out.
