Marking a NWS day for 2nd March - although it was more an S 'event' as the daytime was vanilla NoS, evening involved a celebration and dessert.

One S event on an S day is what they are meant to be eventually anyway. (bk.p. 105) Sounds like you used it perfectly.

That is my goal: only one S event on each S day. Writing this for a bump

I'm pretty good at keeping the NWS days as a single S, working on it for regular S days! This month I'm working at not perma snacking on regular S days, and keeping my S's wherever possible to meal times.

It took me two years to finally be willing to do that. I have other issues that affect that and it's sometimes still a challenge so I instituted a further mod recently. I was hooooooked!

Isn't it fun to find out you can celebrate with food during the three meals?

Dang it I lost my entire calendar trying to cut and paste it so it would get bumped and someone who might need the reminder would get an email. ! With only three days to go in March! I lost the exercise part on Spark. Too many moving parts!

Phew well March was a bust... husband was horribly ill (six hospital visits in eight days) and the stress and weird routine led to some very not good eating. Some days I just ate two meals, some days I ate a whole cake
I was also away for part of March with family and friends so had mostly a mixture of S days and failure days.
Onwards to April!
