This is interesting and not something I'd heard about but does sound feasible

It actually explains a lot about my weight loss patterns now and in the past.

Just keep going....

I think whooshes were first identified by Lyle McDonald https://bodyrecomposition.com/fat-loss/ ... -fat.html/

This also reinforces my idea that I have to be doing this for more reasons than weight loss. In fact, I could get to even lower levels of fat and water, but I wouldn't like my eating life much.

But also know that there are other reasons the body hangs on to weight. I wish I could find the source, a metabolism scientist, who said that 70% of the processes that govern weight are out of individual control. Sure, if you stop eating completely, you will eventually die, but the body is in charge of how fast or slow that process would be and it might happen while you still have a decent amount of fat on you.

And on that fun note, just keep going!
