Not yet, but I'm supposed to figure Instagram out for work, so might as well for No-S/everyday systems as well...

Thanks for the responses! Followed both of you. I have fell in and off with the no s diet but thinking I’m going to give it another try because counting food is making me angry. Lol. I’m an on again off again weight watcher and I have been bouncing between ww and no s for a while now. I’m on IG as bigshouldersgirl_ww
