Social drinks and NoS

Post by Sinnie » Wed Aug 30, 2006 8:18 pm

Say maybe once every two or three weeks, my friend and I like to go out for drinks (alcoholic). I generally would not have more than two, but we always go out after dinner time. My question is does this violate the rules and considered a snack? I read Reinhard's thoughts on the subject:

"I don't count alcoholic beverages as esses. I usually have a drink or two a day, which I've read is supposed to be very healthy. 2 drinks is my 'glass ceiling'."

But is this mainly for a drink with dinner? I don't drink sweet drinks except the occasional martini. Usually it's wine, beer, or vodka soda etc. How do I continue to be social (and not look like a killjoy) with my friends while on NoS?

Please advice! I'm going out tonight for martini's... Thanks for any input guys :)

Enjoy your martini(s), it's ok!

1 or 2 drinks is not something to worry about either for diet or otherwise.

Europeans drink at least than much and are much thinner, right?
