how many posts have started like this? :D i am now at a point in my life where i have too little money and too much life to attempt a new diet every week. :roll: but i still need to make some healthy changes as i can not go on the way i have been. i have too many health issues now.

Welcome! Keep all those motivations in mind. Many Olympic athletes, top notch musicians, artists, etc. have a built-in foresight (yes, it's an aptitude). Most of us mere mortals need to actively choose to remember why we're doing something tough until the payoffs help to make it more obvious. More vitality and peace of mind over health are worth it! Or whatever mantra moves you. :)
