* I’ve noticed a tendency in myself this year to go out to eat on Friday nights and have unplanned snacks/seconds/desserts... I need to tighten that up, moving forward.

Just to check in. I've been doing something different this March and have pretty much kept to it. I can't say it feels like it's gotten easy or pleasant. But it's interesting how doing it as an experiment just for March has helped me stick to it. I keep thinking, well, I can't find out if it will help if I don't actually do it.
