remember the food addiction behavior list?

Post by oolala53 » Thu Apr 25, 2019 5:35 am

I don't remember exactly where it was- on a general thread or an individual check in- but somewhere a member, a guy, listed behaviors characteristic of having a food addiction. He realized that these described some of his behaviors, and they were things his girlfriend never did. He decided that to not be a food addict, don't do those things. He saw that No S was basically the antidote, with some discretion on weekends. I've tried using the search feature to find the list, but it didn't work. Do any oldies remember what I'm talking about and how to find the list? I've done google searches but no lists come up as useful as that one was, IMHO.

I need a refresher.

Thank you! I was OOT and hit the ground running when I returned, so just saw this. (And we don't get email alerts when new posts are made on certain threads. :( ) That little list partway through is what I was talking about.
