6/4 - ugh. Talked myself into allowing 1 cookie. 1 cookie snowballed into 4 cookies and some chips. It’s not worth it!
6/5 - why? I have no idea. I’m in a funk and eating my emotions. I need a better outlet...

6/10-I'm suspending my participation for the rest of the week. Will resume next Monday.
6/30-Sun-just for the record, I kind of blew off the rest of June. Diet hasn't been terrible, my mental focus just sucks at the moment.

I still haven’t finished a monthly challenge but I’ll try!
6/3-6/7- Vacation- but I lost 2 pounds! Didn’t buy any junk for the condo, went out to dinner most nights, breakfast was also provided and I stuck with one plates worth of food. In all honesty, i think I mostly ate 2-3 meals and sweets were (mostly) just a few bites of my kiddos treats here and there.
