I'm back after too long an absence

I have been doing No S off and on for years, but have never stuck with it for a full 21 day trial and beyond. This time, I'm coming back for good. I'm tired of yo-yo-dieting on the latest and greatest. I'm tired of feeling like an alien in my own body. I want to conquer my binge eating and gain self control again. Looking forward to participating actively in this community.
Current Weight: 172 pounds (5'3")
Goal Weight: 125-130 pounds
Plan of Action:
No S + Exercise for 30 min. each day (walking, zumba, stationary bike)
