If I've done my figuring right, I am starting my 12th year since adopting systematic moderation. There have been bumps, and even now, I am adjusting the system to respond to present conditions, but I still believe that mostly meal-based eating is THE foundational habit to combat the cultural excess, especially the Catch-22 of fat phobia plus ubiquitous food.

Warmest wishes to all in developing more compassion for our bodies while we develop more strength to live to support vitality and pleasure, whatever we determine that is!
