A small victory

Post by florafloraflora » Wed Mar 28, 2007 1:47 pm

Everybody,

As of today, I have lost 10 pounds on No-S. It's taken me a while (about ten weeks), but I'm happy to say that my rate of weight loss is actually accelerating right now (or maybe I'm just on a temporary burst, who knows). The longer I stick with this, the easier it feels.

:D Woohoo! Great Job Flora!!

I wish I could say the same. I know my portion sizes are still too big, the last 2 days I've been working on that and I notice I'm not too hungry.

10 pounds is a pretty good victory, I'd say.

And the habit-training is even better. Congrats!

Congratulations! That's great. A pound a week is plenty. And 10 weeks of good behavior is huge.

Celebrate!! What a wonderful victory. Life is rather short on reasons to really celebrate but this is one of them. WooHoo.
