I have just stumbled across a website on Positive Psychology, http://pos-psych.com/, and am enjoying it a lot. Thought you all might as well.
Some big ideas that are relevant... a nice bit on habit management. Check out the link from the article to the prior one on self-regulation.
And here's one on the importance of savoring pleasure, which seems a real success factor for No-S.
