Question about the 21-day club

Post by mondurvic » Thu Jun 21, 2007 8:47 am

Do you count 21 days including S days, or 21 N-only days?

Thanks!

Judy,

21 consecutive days on habit is a worthy goal, but I would suggest that you also/instead keep a habit calendar, marking off success/exempt/failure days in red, yellow, and green (or use the online habitCal). That way you can recover from setbacks quickly, without feeling like you've lost everything.

HabitCal

I have already checked out the HabitCal and love the idea. More that just writing SUCCESS or FAILURE, as then the only thing I see is the day's rersult, which can be discouraging. But if I see only the rare red square in a sea of green, I know that will give me perspective and help me stick with it.

I'll be starting doing a daily check-in today, under the title "Seasons and Serenity", and I'll also be starting my HabitCal, with great anticipation.
