Good morning to all! :)

I've given the NoS plan a bit of a try in the past, but today I believe I'm signing on for real. What I've been doing hasn't been working for me, and I've recently gained 5 pounds. (I am 6 feet tall, and presently, 212 pounds.) I am not obese yet, but if I keep on the way I am going, I soon will be.

I tried Weight Watchers several years ago, and lost down to about 190, then gained the weight back. I am convinced in my mind that the NoS plan is the only way to go....

I'm a country preacher in Mississippi, and a public schoolteacher (with a desk job) and I am confident that this plan will work with my life.

I'm looking forward to being part of the teamwork that I have seen on this message board!

Welcome. This is a great group, and the plan really does work better than anything else I've tried.
