think i'm gonna take a nap, and then find a new job cause i got fired for napping. or maybe i'll just sit here and not sleep.

Sorry! Forget it and bounce back. It's probably going to take a few episodes like this to get the habit down. Maybe even quite a few. You have to learn how to just roll with the punches.
