I wanted to just make a note to myself that today is my first day on the noS Diet. I regularly exercise alot however this has not had any impact on my weight as I am constantly snacking! Even when I dont want to I am compelled to go to the kitchen and eat nothing too unhealthy but I loath my lack of will power. So I have never done anything like this before I have barely been on line, but this just seems like the right thing for me. Having put on a stone in the last year I am starting to not recognise this person in the mirror and it depresses me. So heres to the first three weeks. Any support will be welcome.
