I wanted to just make a note to myself that today is my first day on the noS Diet. I regularly exercise alot however this has not had any impact on my weight as I am constantly snacking! Even when I dont want to I am compelled to go to the kitchen and eat nothing too unhealthy but I loath my lack of will power. So I have never done anything like this before I have barely been on line, but this just seems like the right thing for me. Having put on a stone in the last year I am starting to not recognise this person in the mirror and it depresses me. So heres to the first three weeks. Any support will be welcome.

Welcome, Jenny!

Snacking is the big one for most of us.

It'll be hard at first, but in time it gets easy -- the firmer you are, the faster.

Keep us posted and don't be shy about asking for help or advice if you run into trouble,
