new today

Post by swimfit » Sun Mar 09, 2008 1:43 am

I was browsing in Barnes and Noble today and stumbles upon the No S diet book. Intrigued I picked it up and started reading it. Very interesting. you name it and I have tried it, always losing the weight, BUT never able to keep it off for any length of time. I can't bring myself to try yet another diet. This seems very reasonable and DOABLE for the long haul. I am psyched to get started!

Welcome, swimfit!

I hope no s will do the trick for you. Don't hesitate to ask for help if you run into trouble.

Just out of curiosity, which Barnes and Noble? (the book just came out last week and I'm trying to get a sense as to the geography of where it's being sold).

Westward expansion! (I'd only heard of east coast sightings till now). Thanks for the update!
