The book is terrific!

Post by LoriLifts » Sun Mar 09, 2008 3:54 pm

My No S book arrived from Amazon on Friday. I almost didn't order it since I've been following the plan from the website. I wanted to support Reinhard and help make his book a success. So I pre-ordered a copy.

I'm so glad I did. The book goes into depth about topics that have been discussed on the website. And there's something about turning pages of a real book instead of reading on the computer. I've been highlighting sentences and paragraphs that I need to remember. My No S book has a permanent spot on my nightstand.

Congratulations on the book Reinhard. I hope it becomes a bestseller and you make lots of money. :D You deserve it.

Thank you, Lori, for buying the book just to be nice -- and thank you even more for actually liking it!

has Oprah called yet? It would be great to see you on tv.

milczar,

Oprah is the super big league -- I'm a long way off from that yet (a relief in away because I find the prospect utterly terrifying!).

Lori, palomayombe -- would you mind sticking your reviews on amazon (and/or the nobel foundation's web site :-)) when you get a chance? Whether or not you get around to it, thank you for your kind words here!

Since Oprah has a deal with Bob Green, I think it would be unlikely that she'd call someone with a system that's in direct contradiction to most personal trainer's way of diet and exercise.

I'm with Lori...I essentially bought the book as "payback" for all the work and support I've been getting for free from this site. Seemed the fair thing to do.

I like it, and found it helpful - even with all the stuff I've already read on the web. I've seen a few places where I've gotten slack, and have renewed zeal to take action.

It still "sounds like" Reinhard too. :)

I'm so happy with the book! I am taking it to work with me and showing it around. One of my co-workers read half of it and then decided it would be perfect for her grown daughter.

I will put a review up on Amazon pretty soon. Too bad we can only give 5 stars!

Update on Wednesday, 3/12: wrote my Amazon review today. :D
