Welcome to all newbies!

There have been so many new folks on the board recently that I know I haven't been able to welcome everyone....

So WELCOME. :)

There's a lot of info on the website, even if you don't have the book. (But the book makes a very handy reference, so you'll want to get it!). Check there if you have any questions.

Good luck!

Thanks for the welcome, KCCC.

I bought the book yesterday and am reading it whenever I get a little extra time. I find it very interesting. I've also mentioned this diet to all my family members now, and they seem very interested, too. In fact, I've got my mom and dad started on it. My dad was recently told by his doctor to lose weight for his mild sleep apnea. He seems to be doing well with this so far.
