I drink tea all day long!
Coffee with cream in the mornings....
BUT...I love hot, black tea between meals and after dinner I drink herbal tea.
I don't put sugar in my tea anymore.
I drink it plain. Not because of No S but because of my blood sugar.

Sometimes, on the weekend, I will have a Frappuccino type coffee but lately, I find it too sweet and filling.

I have been drinking tea whenever I feel like it. I still put splenda in it though. I know..I shouldnt. Helps me feel warm and full in my belly till the next meal.

I drink black tea (hot and iced) all day long -- I love it!

Sometimes I mix green tea with rooibos too, but I love black tea the most.

no sugar, sweet tea makes me sick to my stomach.

Green tea fan here...at least 2 cups a day! Helps with that tummy rumbling as I train it :-)

I drink a cup of coffee with each meal, and various tea's throughout the day (probably about 6-8 cups a day).

Most of my tea I have with a splash of milk and my coffee at night has a level teaspoon of sugar.

Enjoy your tea.

I love tea! :D

Mostly I drink green tea and various herbal teas, unsweetend (except when I have a cold, then I put a bit of honey in), throughout the day.

I love drinking tea. It's easier than coffee to make and I do NOT and have not ever put cream in it, so it's low fat compared to when I drink coffee (which I only like with tons of cream). I use two Splenda packets because I'm so used to it & I like it. I have two canisters at work of Lipton Teas (1 Green Tea and 1 Earl Grey) and drink one in the morning and one in the afternoon. It keeps me going as far as energy, works much better than snacks ever did!!!
