Yesterday I was in Borders-my favorite haunt-& I resisted their carrot cake!!!-I figured out that they only put one "slab"-they are bigger than a piece & I want it ALL-at a time so fat people like me will thinkit is the last piece EVER!!! I also resited getting up & eating sweets after I went to bed last night-the last vestages of that carrot cake!! I kept telling myself I can do this-This too shall pass & it did & Habit is more important than anything esp. the first month-this is week 3 for me. So, just so you'll know & I can declare-I'm doing good!!!!!! :lol: Thanks to all of you "Poster" here!!!
