Hello. New Here

I started the "diet" Thursday and as of this morning have lost 2 pounds. I love this way of eating, it is an answer to prayer. Looking forward to being a part of this community. God Bless.

Hi CatholicCajun! This diet was a literal answer to prayer for me, too! Welcome!

Congrats on the weight loss.. How awsome. I also started on Thursday. I was actually afraid to even step on the scales. I kept thinking, how could I be down in such a short time, and if I was up I would have died. So I thought best to stay away from them.
Keep up the good work.
Cheers

Catholic Cajun!

Great job but watch out for that scale! I threw mine away this weekend. I measure my success by the way my clothes are feeling and the amount of energy I have.
