No S-ing in my dreams

Post by feelgood » Thu May 08, 2008 2:58 am

Have now done NO-s for 4 weeks and lost 5 lbs. Last night I dreamed that I was on a plane and was snacking. I was quite upset in the dream! Too funny.

Well done! Keep going, it only gets better. After a while it gets so embedded into your daily life habits that it becomes effortless and fretless, you don't think about it anymore and probably you won't dream about it anymore

feelgood, I have always believed that this dreams are a sign that you are integrating these habits in at a deeper subconscious level.

Yay you and your snack dream!

I do this too. Far more than in real life! And it's never pleasurable, it's always upsetting. It's always me catching myself doing something I hadn't meant to, forgetting that it was an n-day. Funny.

Congratulations on your real 5 pounds!

Reinhard

After I stopped smoking, I would have those dreams, too; I would catch myself smoking and I would be all shocked.
I think it's a sign that you are changing for real and your brain is catching on the fact that, yes, this time it is for real and so it resorts to tricks as in "hey you, remember when we used to do this??".
