Thinner

Sunday will be the end of week 4. I haven't gotten weighed (I never weigh myself!), but yesterday two separate people told me I looked like I lost weight. Thank God!!!! If other people notice, then it's official. :D :D

Great going, Missy. When I start to receive compliments, that is usually when things fall apart for me. My usual thinking is that I can slack off if people notice. Fortunately, no one has commented on my No S weight loss yet!

Thanks, flipturn! I have to rely on what other people think b/c all of my clothes are stretchy, and it's very hard to tell if they're any looser!

Hey Missy, congratulations! i've had several comments from co-workers that i look thinner (who are all female, so its genuine ;)
I try to Use them as a motivator, and to talk myself out of body dismorphia (ie. i still see the pudgy 12yr old with bad hair most days)

flipturn - I am prone to sabotage 'its working, i can do whatever i want!!'
BUT i'm in week 6, so i just keep extending my goal. 'just do it for 8 weeks then you can slack off'
When i get to 8 weeks i intend to adjust my goal to 10 etc.

keep going! i feel like this the real deal!

Blamey -- That sounds like a good strategy. Self-sabotage hasn't kicked in for me yet because I am enjoying being on habit too much. To paraphrase George Herbert, "Eating well is the best revenge."

flipturn,

it seems that we do :D so far my s days are going good! We did the donut shop thing this morning and I thought I was ready for one donut, apparently I was NOT!

I found myself ordering two ... but just like LAST week did not get much satisfaction out of the second one ... hmmmmmmm.... one of these old days I am going to have just one donut ...like that "skinny bitch" I see in our coffee shop every week! Hahahahhahahahhahahah
