A few horrible S-days

Post by Shirls » Wed May 14, 2008 8:35 pm

Well winter's here on this continent and it's going around: the dreaded flu. And I've got it and these are S days I do not like one bit. Not that I feel much like eating, bur exercising is also out of the window. I went to the doc today and he said to rest and take the meds. I told him about the No S diet and he heartily approves :D
Sorry about the whinge - just needed to post so I'll remember why some midweek days are yellow

Hope you are feeling better soon, Shirls!

My thoughts are that when I look back at my habitcal and see yellow I'm going to say to myself, "hmmm, I must have had a good reason not to put a red in there..." and then I will let it go.

Still appreciating the freedom this plan gives me...

Feel better fast. The flu bug is no fun whenever it bites.

So how cold does it get in winter in South Africa? Just curious. :D
