It Works!

Post by LiterBiter10 » Mon May 19, 2008 9:13 am

:D I can't believe it! I actually lost 3.5 lbs. my first week. I ate whatever and whenever I wanted to this weekend and still lost. I hoped no s would work, but I have to say that I'm a little surprised that it did. I didn't expect that much of a loss.

Yes, I believe it's working, too. I haven't weighted but my clothes are getting looser. Yea!!!

Congratulations on your awesome weight loss! Maybe Reinhard can write an updated book in a year or so and have before and after pictrures and/or our stories as the biggest losers on this program, and hopefully our stories can inspire others to get with this program. God Bless.

Congratulations! Yeah, it seems too miraculously obvious to actually work :-)

But do brace yourself for the pace to slacken, or even reverse direction some measurements. Scales are fickle creatures, and the time scale on which no-s really shines in not days or weeks, but months, years, a lifetime.

Reinhard, yes, I realize that 3.5 is a lot all at once. I was actually expecting .5 and was determined to be perfectly fine with that. I have a deep-seeded fear that I will lose a lot of weight and all my skin will be hanging off of me and I'll look worse then than I do now. :( Slow and steady is definitely better.

Thanks for the ecouragement!
