Congrats on the loose jeans! I am asking about the ttapping because it seems I saw your name on the ttapp boards but I might be dreaming.

Yes, I'm on the T-Tapp forums. Unfortunately, I spend more time on the forums than actually tapping. It is my plan to start the BWO+ 4 week challenge tomorrow. I let all the details of T-Tapp (form, all the various worklouts, etc) intimidate me & I keep putting off committing wholehog to it. Me too! All my clothes are fitting nice now. Next step is for them to be a bit loose!
